In the age of the internet, most showings don't occur in person, they occur online!  Regardless of price point, professional photos make a big difference in how potential buyers respond to your listing online.  Many of the homes I shoot go under contract within weeks of being listed.  While other factors such as pricing and location come into play, the increase in actual showings and online traffic is due to how much better the home looks online.

Each time I get assigned to shoot a new property, regardless of what the home is selling for, the size, landscape etc, it always presents its own set of unique challenges.  It is always exciting to look at a property, determine the equipment needed, lighting, angles and the dozens of other minor details and nuances that will make a difference in the finished photo. 

FEES

My fee is not based on list price but on square footage of the home.  I'm surprisingly affordable so call me at 828-773-9097 to get real estate photography pricing.
